Reservation Payment Schedule

✔ A 25% prepayment of the reservation value is due on booking.
✔ A further 25% prepayment is due no later than 90 days before arrival.
✔ The remaining 50% must be paid upon hotel check-in. Please follow this payment schedule. Reminders will be sent to the reservation email at least 2 days before due dates.

All payments made are non-refundable. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payments are not made on time.

Our hotel enforces minor protection standards as per the Act of 28 July 2023 amending the Family and Guardianship Code and other laws (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1606). Upon check-in, please present a child's ID or another document proving the adult’s right to care for the child in the hotel (parental authorization or court order).

Children

One child up to 4 years old stays free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents. An additional child up to 4 years old will be charged according to the price list. Children aged 5 and above will be charged according to the price list.

We accept pets for an additional fee. The fee for a pet is PLN 80.00 per day. If you are staying with pets, please have breakfast and dinner in the Lobby Bar or in front of the restaurant. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
