Stay in the package starts with dinner and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

For stays longer than 1 night, a spa fee of 6.00 PLN per night per person is payable to the Ustroń Commune.

After receiving confirmation, please pay a 30% deposit to secure the reservation.

In case of cancellation or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Our hotel complies with the standards for the protection of minors set out in the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other laws (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1606). Therefore, upon check-in at the hotel, we kindly ask you to present a document confirming the child's identity or another document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child on the premises of the hotel (authorization from the child's parents or a court ruling).
