Booking payment schedule

✔ A prepayment of 25% of the booking value is payable on the day the booking is made.
✔ Another prepayment of 25% of the booking value is payable no later than 90 days before the planned arrival at the hotel.
✔The remaining 50% of the booking value must be settled on the day of check-in at the hotel. Please kindly adhere to the above payment schedule when making payments. Reminders about approaching payment deadlines will be sent to the email address provided in the booking at least 2 days before the deadline.

All payments made are non-refundable. In case of failure to make timely payments, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Our hotel complies with minor protection standards as specified in the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Act – Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1606). One child up to 4 years old stays free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents. An additional child up to 4 years old will be charged according to the price list. Children aged 5 and above will be charged according to the price list.
