Reservation Payment Schedule

✔ A 25% prepayment of the booking value is due on the booking date.
✔ A further 25% prepayment is due no later than 90 days before the planned arrival.
✔ The remaining 50% must be paid on check-in. Please follow this schedule for payments. Payment reminders will be emailed at least 2 days before each due date.

All payments made are non-refundable. The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations if payments are not made on time.

Our hotel follows minor protection standards as stated in the July 28, 2023 amendment to the Family and Guardianship Code and other laws (Journal of Laws 2023 pos. 1606). Upon check-in, please show the child's ID document or another document proving an adult's right to care for the child on hotel grounds (parents' authorization or court ruling).

Children

One child up to 4 years old stays free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents. An additional child up to 4 years old will be charged according to the price list. Children aged 5 and above will be charged according to the price list.
