Reservation Payment Schedule

✔ A 20% prepayment of the reservation value is due on the booking date.
✔ The next 30% prepayment is due no later than 30 days before the planned hotel arrival.
✔ The remaining 50% is payable on the check-in day. Please follow this schedule for payments. Payment reminders will be sent to the reservation email at least 2 days before each due date.

All payments are non-refundable. Failure to pay on time may result in reservation cancellation by the hotel.

Our hotel follows minor protection standards as per the July 28, 2023 amendment to the Family and Guardianship Code and other acts (Journal 2023, item 1606). Thus, at check-in please present the child’s ID or a document confirming the adult’s right to care for the child at the hotel (parental authorization or court order).

Children

One child up to 4 years old stays free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents. An additional child up to 4 years old will be charged according to the price list. Children aged 5 and above will be charged according to the price list.

Animals

We accept pets for an additional fee. The fee for a pet is PLN 80.00 per day. If you are staying with pets, please have breakfast and dinner in the Lobby Bar or in front of the restaurant. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
