Booking Payment Schedule

✔ A 20% deposit of the booking value is due on the booking date.
✔ A further 30% deposit is due no later than 30 days before the planned hotel arrival.
✔ The remaining 50% is due on the hotel check-in day. Please follow this schedule when making payments. Payment reminders will be sent to the email provided at booking at least 2 days before each deadline.

All payments made are non-refundable. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking if payments are late.

Our hotel follows minor protection standards under the Act of 28 July 2023 amending the Family and Guardianship Code and other laws (Journal 2023, item 1606). Upon check-in, please present the child's ID or proof that the adult is authorized to care for the child at the hotel (parental authorization or court ruling).

Children

One child up to 4 years old stays free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents. An additional child up to 4 years old will be charged according to the price list. Children aged 5 and above will be charged according to the price list.

Animals

We accept pets for an additional fee. The fee for a pet is PLN 80.00 per day. If you are staying with pets, please have breakfast and dinner in the Lobby Bar or in front of the restaurant. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
