The package stay starts with dinner / New Year's Eve Ball / Children's Ball and ends with breakfast on departure day.

A 25% prepayment is required when booking. Another 25% is due 90 days before arrival. Deposits must be paid automatically per the payment schedule. At least 2 days before due dates, payment reminders will be sent to the booking email. All payments are non-refundable. If payment is not received, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Our hotel follows minor protection standards as per the July 28, 2023 amendment to the Family and Guardianship Code and related laws (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1606). Upon check-in, please present child's ID or other document proving the adult's right to care for the child at the hotel (parental authorization or court ruling).

Children

One child up to 4 years old stays free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents. An additional child up to 4 years old will be charged according to the price list. Children aged 5 and above will be charged according to the price list.

Animals

We accept pets for an additional fee. The fee for a pet is PLN 80.00 per day. If you are staying with pets, please have breakfast and dinner in the Lobby Bar or in front of the restaurant. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
