Reservation payment schedule

✔ After receiving confirmation, please pay a 50% deposit to guarantee your booking. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
✔The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of hotel check-in.

All payments made are non-refundable. The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations if payments are not made on time.

Our hotel complies with minor protection standards as stated in the Act of 28 July 2023 amending the Family and Guardianship Code and other acts (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1606). At check-in, please present a child's ID or other document proving the adult’s right to care for the child on hotel premises (parental authorization or court ruling).

Children

One child up to 4 years old stays free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents. An additional child up to 4 years old will be charged according to the price list. Children aged 5 and above will be charged according to the price list.

Animals

We accept pets for an additional fee. The fee for a pet is PLN 80.00 per day. If you are staying with pets, please have breakfast and dinner in the Lobby Bar or in front of the restaurant. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
