Additionally charged:

• Spa fee payable to the Ustroń Municipality 6.00 PLN/ day / person – for stays longer than 1 day

• Pets stay at the hotel 80.00 PLN/day

The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

The offer does not cover long weekends and holidays.

After receiving confirmation, please pay a 50% deposit to guarantee the reservation. In case of cancellation or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Our hotel complies with the standards for the protection of minors, as stated in the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other laws (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1606). Therefore, upon check-in, please present the child's identity document or another document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child on the hotel premises (authorization from the child's parents or a court ruling).
