The package price includes:

Stay of a child up to 4 years FREE - sharing a bed with parents.

The stay in the package starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

Additional charges:

• Spa tax payable to the Ustroń Municipality PLN 6.00 / day / person – for stays longer than 1 day
• Treatments at Platinum SPA health and beauty studio tel. 00 48 508 027 987
• Pets stay in the hotel PLN 80.00 / day

Upon receiving confirmation, please pay a 50% deposit to guarantee the reservation.

In case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival the deposit is refundable. It is also possible to transfer the reservation to another available date at the hotel.

Our hotel applies standards for the protection of minors, as stated in the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1606). Accordingly, at check-in, we ask for the presentation of a child's identity document or other document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child on the hotel premises (authorization from the parents or court decision).
