Reservation Payment Schedule

✔ A 20% prepayment of the reservation value is due on the day the reservation is made.
✔ A subsequent prepayment of 30% of the reservation value is due no later than 30 days before the planned arrival at the hotel.
✔The remaining 50% of the reservation value must be settled on the day of check-in at the hotel. Please kindly adhere to the above payment schedule when making payments. Reminders about upcoming payment deadlines will be sent to the email address provided in the reservation at least 2 days before the deadline.

All payments made are non-refundable. In case of failure to make timely payments, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Our hotel follows standards for the protection of minors, as stipulated in the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other laws (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1606). Therefore, upon check-in at the hotel, please present a child’s identity document or another document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child on the hotel premises (authorization from the child’s parents or a court ruling).

Children

One child up to 4 years old stays free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents. An additional child up to 4 years old will be charged according to the price list. Children aged 5 and above will be charged according to the price list.

Animals

We accept pets for an additional fee. The fee for a pet is PLN 80.00 per day. If you are staying with pets, please have breakfast and dinner in the Lobby Bar or in front of the restaurant. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
