The stay in the package starts with dinner/New Year’s Eve Ball/Kinder Ball and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

• Spa fee payable to the Ustroń Municipality 6.00 PLN/ per day / person – for stays longer than 1 day

Upon receiving confirmation, please pay a 50% deposit to guarantee the reservation.

In case of cancellation or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Our hotel complies with the standards for the protection of minors as specified in the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1606). Therefore, upon check-in, please present the child's identity document or another document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child on the hotel premises (authorization from the child's parents or a court order).
