Important information

The stay included in the package begins with dinner / New Year's Eve Ball / Children's Ball and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

A 25% prepayment is required at the time of booking. Another 25% is due 90 days before arrival. Deposits must be paid automatically according to the payment schedule. At least 2 days before the scheduled dates, we will send reminders about the need to make a payment to the email address provided in the reservation. All payments made are non-refundable. In case of non-payment, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Our hotel complies with the standards for the protection of minors as described in the Act of 28 July 2023 amending the Act – Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1606). Therefore, upon check-in at the hotel, we kindly ask to present the child's identity document or another document confirming that the adult has the right to care for the child on the hotel premises (authorization from the child's parents or a court ruling).

One child up to 4 years old stays free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents. An additional child up to 4 years old will be charged according to the price list. Children aged 5 and above will be charged according to the price list.

We accept pets for an additional fee. The fee for a pet is PLN 80.00 per day. If you are staying with pets, please have breakfast and dinner in the Lobby Bar or in front of the restaurant. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
